From cero to market in less than 30 days:

Our customer:

Our customer is a multibillion dollar GPW insurance company that writes life insurance. They have a sales network of 12,000 agents and points of sale and over 8.3 million insured lifes.

Their need:

Our customer required to launch 3 new products at national level, simultaneously with their 4 controlled insurance companies and at the same time introduce new features to administrate these products. They required to coordinate IT efforts with product marketing efforts and launch them in no more than 60 days.

In the process it was required to:
  Deeply interact with the customer in ordere to jointly design the new products and understand operational implications.
Focus on the 60 days deadline and shorten the delivery period if possible.
Deploy the products at national level along the complete sales network assuring integration with the backoffice system.

In order to achieve results:
  SISTRAN committed a team of consultants and specialized IT personnel along with the customer to launch products on time.
SISTRAN developed and deployed tools for the sales network to make the life insurance calculation and issue electronics proposal with integration to the main system.
SISTRAN and customer worked on SISE to create the new products.

Results:

The 3 products were launched in less than 30 days.

This project obtained an award from a prestigious insurance magazine in the category: Best implementation of new insurance products.
