launches SaaS initiative for its front end solutions and signs first 3
SaaS customers

Initiative responds to
increasing demand for cost-effective SaaS solutions that include Straight
Through Processing, increased Speed to Market and improved Customer Management
for agents to focus on doing business, anywhere and at any time.
Aiming to meet growing demand from carriers, SISTRAN has launched a software-as-a-service
(SaaS) version of its front end solutions covering business submission,
portfolio management and customer management with web & mobile access.
The solution is designed to help carriers in deploying a platform for
agents to obtain in a quick and cost-effective manner the products and
information they need to perform business anywhere and anytime.
The SaaS delivery model provides a Web-based and mobile platform to meet
the needs of agents without the resources, time constraints and infrastructure
cost of larger implementations.
The SaaS offering allows carriers to deliver the modules and features
for agents to access on demand and automatically receive upgrades in a
secure environment with full disaster recovery backup. The SaaS delivery
model provides an automated, Web-based environment that helps to simplify
implementation, accelerate time-to-market, and gain ongoing processing
and cost efficiencies with minimal IT support.
The initiative has already been released for Surety, Auto and SOAT although
the plan foresees the deployment of remaining LOBs for life and P&C.
Customers have rapidly embraced this initiative showing us that the demand
is real. We have signed 3 customers so far and plan to sign 4 more before
end of the year.
